The location is beautiful, and I'd highly recommend this hotel. My wife, young son and I stayed for two nights, and everything was impeccable. We got a warm welcome, and the staff were helpful throughout. Our room matched the pictures and had everything our small family needed. We ate at the restaurant several times, and every meal was perfect. When the staff knew we were dining there for breakfast, they had our table ready. I can't say enough, and I'd definitely consider returning.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel is in a fantastic spot. The building feels a bit old and could use some refreshing. One evening, we also had no hot water.

A stunning location, with superbly friendly staff who helped with every little request we had. I can absolutely recommend a stay.

We stopped by for drinks with friends, but had to wait quite a while when we asked to pay. The waiter said the bill was 29 CHF, so I paid by card. Later, I saw that another 6 CHF had been added as a tip, making it 20%. Adding a tip without asking me felt disrespectful. It was our first and last visit.

The lunch was delicious, the service was super friendly, and the lake view is great. The salad looks good at first, but it's awkward to eat and a bit too expensive.
