The hotel feels very new, and the views are terrific. I was especially impressed by the gym, one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff are genuinely friendly and eager to help, and having a ski shop right downstairs to store boots and skis is really handy. Given the very high prices, my expectations were high and were mostly met. Breakfast service can slow down at busy times, and the 29-degree pool feels a little chilly unless you’re swimming laps.

We booked the ambassador suite with a city view and two balconies. The valley view from the front balcony is amazing. There’s a sports equipment shop on the first floor where you can rent or buy ski gear, and the friendly staff can help with passes, reservations, and equipment rentals. To me, it’s the best hotel in town. The restaurant was 10/10, and so were the cleaning and service.

Getting around Crans-Montana was easy thanks to the punctual, friendly shuttle team. The concierge was also knowledgeable and attentive, helping with reservations, ski arrangements, and local suggestions, always with a warm smile. Crans Ambassador sits right by the Arnouva ski gondola, so you can step out and head straight for the slopes. It worked well for skiing as well as a more relaxed mountain stay. With that location and the smooth service, I think it lives up to its five-star reputation and would recommend it for an alpine getaway. 🌟

The spa was amazing, and the saunas, pool, and gym were all great. The food options were lovely, and breakfast at the buffet was really, really good. It’s within walking distance of the nearest ski lift, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A wonderful hotel.

The room got a bit warm without AC, and opening the balcony door let flies in because there were no bug screens. Still, we left feeling refreshed and grateful, already thinking about coming back. The views were breathtaking, and the concierge made everything feel welcoming and easy. We really enjoyed the restaurant’s ambience and food, especially the Chicken and Salmon Fish and Chips. The spa was a quiet escape, and the massage was one of the best we’ve had.
