Hotel Mona

Heaven on Earth 🌎 The stay was amazing, from how clean the facilities were to the friendly staff and breathtaking views from the room. Varun and Lara really stood out at reception and were incredible. Silvia and her breakfast team were fantastic too. After leaving Zurich, we arrived in the paradise of Montreux, where César greeted us and couldn't have been more helpful in making our stay as good as possible. The room was very comfortable and had stunning views. After several days, we finally got some quality sleep. Breakfast was wonderful, and the location was ideal for exploring this beautiful town. We hope to return to the paradise of Hotel Mona and Montreux.

The Panorama room had breathtaking views, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that I slept well both nights. The hotel's full of cute quirks and amenities, including complimentary sweets and coffee, a minibar, and Wi-Fi. I didn't get to use the sauna or jacuzzi, but they're on my list for next time. The service was exceptional. The front desk staff were all lovely and helpful, and Césear went above and beyond. He's the kind of person who takes a stay from a 9 to an 11. The hotel is very close to the train station. For anyone with heavy bags or specific mobility needs, head from the station toward the Barrel Oak Irish pub and take the lift around to the right. It'll take you straight down to the lakefront. I'll definitely be back.

Breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were well laid out with everything we needed. I especially enjoyed unwinding in the sauna and hot tub, with views out toward the mountains. The hotel is wonderful, close to everything, and has lovely views over the lake. I also enjoyed walks along the promenade. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for a good stay.
