The three staff members who helped us were friendly. I do hope the hotel can find a way to deal with the mildew or mold in the bathroom, since it seems to be a widespread issue. We spent three nights at a three-star hotel in Germany just before Drei Könige and didn't have that problem there. Breakfast ingredients could be better. Compared with the free breakfast at that German hotel, the food was better in every category. One idea: Confiserie Bachmann could provide fresh pillow chocolates for guests on their first night. That could be good for both sides. We bought some at the store at Bahnhof UG to try, and seriously, their chocolate is better than Lindt. We wouldn't have known if we hadn't picked up a little.

A great hotel for a two-night stay. The rooms are big, the staff are really nice, and it's a short walk from the bus stand.

The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and the location was good. Breakfast was good, too. Still, we probably wouldn't stay again. The hotel feels dated and musty, with a 1970s smell, almost as if some rooms were still smoking rooms, and the bathroom could really use an update. Room facilities were limited. There was air conditioning, but no in-room tea or coffee setup, a first for us after quite a few hotel stays. Hot water, tea, and coffee are available beside reception, which isn't very convenient. There's no bar or restaurant. My wife thought the hair dryer was awful. The electrical sockets were positioned so oddly that we couldn't charge a phone on both sides of the bed. Since we were only there for two nights, the limited facilities weren't a major issue.

The staff were so courteous and helped us set up a baby bed. There was plenty of room for the baby, too. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
