The lakeside setting is lovely, and the restaurant is conveniently close to tourist attractions. Service was friendly and accommodating, and the casual atmosphere makes it an easy place to stop for a quick bite by the water. The menu has familiar tourist favourites like pizza, pasta, gnocchi, polenta, risotto, and chicken with fries, but the food itself was only average and didn’t match the setting. It’s fine if you’re craving familiar dishes, just don’t expect a standout meal or a chance to explore local food.

I ordered a Pizza Ticino and got something else. The risotto was okay, but the sausage really wasn’t good. At first I thought the waiter was joking, then we argued. I don’t care much what I eat as long as it tastes good, so I ate it anyway. My friend got his pizza and didn’t like it at all, so I wasn’t even that mad 🤷🏼♂️ Afterward the waiter tried to give me an Espresso, but honestly, I just wanted to leave.

The pizzas are very good, and when the weather’s nice this is a pleasant spot for food and drinks by the lake. I’ve been twice. The staff are friendly, though service can be quite slow.

We wanted to eat indoors, but the waiter rudely chased me outside and told me to step out. The service generally felt rude, like they didn’t want to interact with us. We asked for hot water because we were cold, but got cold sparkling water instead. When we asked for still water, we were ignored. The mushroom risotto wasn’t anything special either, with a small portion and just two mushrooms. We ended up wanting to pay and leave, then get dessert somewhere else. It wasn’t a nice experience.
