Room 24 was extremely noisy. The hotel is right beside the road and has no soundproofing, and even with late checkout the cleaners were making a lot of noise from 9am. The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, and cell service is slow. I walked around trying to get a better signal, but it made no difference. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing special. I'm so dissatisfied with what I paid and won't be back.

It's small, quiet and fairly central, with its own charm and a fresh boutique feel after the renovation. Our room was small too, but fine for our weekend, and we had a nice view. The staff were unbelievably friendly and flexible about our requests and arrival times. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely book again on our next trip back.

Getting here from the train station is easy: take one bus for two stops. The people were lovely and very attentive, and they brought gluten-free rolls, a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was great. Clean, excellent hotel, highly recommended.

Breakfast was great, especially the good coffee. We stayed in an economy room with a shared bathroom, and it was very clean too, so that option is recommendable. The hotel itself was clean and really close to both Locarno station and the lakefront.

Luigi was friendly and attentive, even taking individual drink orders at the great breakfast spread. There's parking, and the center is only a short walk away. The recent remodeling was done really nicely. We had a top-floor room with a shared bathroom and it worked out great. Five stars for a three-star hotel. Nothing grand, but highly recommended.
