The Ticino Ticket was a real plus: it let us use public transport in the area for free and gave us discounts on the cable car. The hotel is very close to the train station, yet it stayed surprisingly quiet because it's set a little higher up. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a kettle, hair dryer, and minibar. Breakfast in the morning was good, and we had an excellent stay.

The room was spacious and modern, and the wall-mounted air conditioner was a real blessing after full days in the heat and humidity. With the train and bus station right there, it's a great base for heading out to see the sights. Breakfast was included every morning, which was nice given how inflated food prices are in the area. A perfect place to rest. I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the reception hours covered a wide range of times. I was even able to check in a little early. Locarno railway station is about a five-minute walk away. Great staff.

The people here were so friendly and helpful, and really made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean, though a little small. We could have booked a bigger one, of course. The hotel is in a nice central spot, with shops and a train station close by and a beautiful lake nearby. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend coming.
