Nicola & Sibila were so welcoming and took great care of us. The room was clean, new, and cozy, with a lovely feel, almost like staying at a friend’s place. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jam, and they have alternative milk options too. The hotel is beautiful, with a cozy boutique style, and it’s close to the train station in Locarno. There’s also an elevator, which really helps when you’ve got heavy luggage. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend staying here!

The hotel is very comfortable, with amazing staff. I especially appreciated how the couple prepared breakfast boxes for two days, and made the breakfast to my liking. There was a wide choice of food, and breakfast was very good. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Locarno train station.

The rooms were always clean and the breakfast was so tasty. Nicola and Sibilla made us feel welcome with their wonderful hospitality. It’s a family hotel, just 5 minutes from the train station. I’ll come back again.

We stayed two nights in a room for four at Piccolo Hotel and absolutely enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the whole hotel is clearly well cared for. The owners made us feel welcome, shared helpful tips about the city and neighbourhood, and did their best to meet our requests. You can see their eye for detail and love of travel in the decor. Breakfast was a feast, with fresh fruit, cold cuts, bread and pastries, tea and other hot drinks, cereal, and more. The food exceeded our expectations for both variety and quality. I can’t think of anything negative. It deserves more stars, and we’ll definitely return.

The breakfast was amazing, and the owner took care to help the two vegans in our family of four choose suitable products. We only stayed one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The lovely couple who own the place pay attention to every detail, and the hotel felt like a unique experience. As vintage fans, we were delighted by the details in the room and all around the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable even for four people, and tastefully decorated with lovely pieces. We’ll definitely come back, and hope the other hotels on our trip will feel just as special.
