The hospitality really stood out after a long night of travel. Because another guest had misused our original room, the host explained we'd be moved to a smaller one, with the hotel tax waived and two pizzas on the house. They were absolutely delicious, and the room itself was comfortable, with some lovely unexpected gifts. We felt very well looked after. I'd definitely recommend it.

I arrived at 22:30, as I had told the hotel in advance, but the reception was empty. There was a key marked with my name, only it wouldn't open the room, and I couldn't find any emergency phone number. I spent 1h30 trying it in different rooms and calling every number I could find. Eventually, a very kind waitress from the bar at the Adhoc hotel came over and managed to fix the key, to her surprise. This was a terrible check-in experience. The hotel didn't feel formal or secure, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I've stayed here many times and expect to come back. The staff and hotel keepers are genuinely friendly, always ready with a smile and willing to help find a solution. The rooms are stylish and modern, with a Swiss touch in the wallpaper, and the rain showers are great. It's in Naters, across from the Brig Trainstation, and just a short walk from Brig center.

Such a lovely, creative-looking hotel, with a beautiful setting and view. The staff were really kind and welcoming too. Definitely deserves all five stars!

The room was tidy and comfortable, and everything else was perfect. The one issue was the bathroom door: it's partly see-through, so it wouldn't be ideal for a family with children.
