This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The apartments are incredibly dark, and the furniture is old and in poor condition. The kitchen was dirty when we arrived, with oil dripping from the stove extractor. Nearly everything in there was dirty, and we even saw cockroaches. The washing machine doesn’t work properly, and the dishes come out dirty every time, so I suspect its filter hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. There were spider webs in the corners, too. Management of the apartments was very poor, and the solutions for things that should have been dealt with before our stay were inadequate. It was noisy all day as well. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We were traveling around Switzerland and its lakes when we decided to stop here for a few nights. The apartment was very nice, and at their Restaurant Vallantica Wine Bar I had a gorgeous dish: Persico Fish with roasted potatoes. Absolutely worth trying.

The location is perfect, and the host was very friendly and nice. The service was excellent. I’m happy to recommend these apartments to anyone needing a place to stay in Neuchatel.

On our way back to Italy, we stopped at Les Galeries Marval. It’s a lovely, clean place, and we were really impressed. The Vallantica Wine Bar Restaurant was great too, definitely recommended.

A colleague recommended this place, and I was really pleased with it. Everything was clean and comfortable, and whatever you need is available. The restaurant was interesting too.
