The internet was out and caused serious problems, and the cleanliness was poor. When something goes wrong, there's no one around to help. One night at 4 a.m., a drunk person disturbed me, but there still wasn't any staff present. There's never a staff member or responsible person on site. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

My room was clean and much bigger than I expected. I had booked a single room but got a double. The shared bathroom and kitchen, though, could have been cleaner and more orderly. The caretaker was there by chance, but since he lives in Spain, he didn't know how to handle the toilet blockage. I happened to arrive then, and his phone had no charge, so I had to contact the cleaning lady and management myself.

The room and the toilets and showers were all fine. The kitchen, though, barely has any equipment: just a fridge and an oven, with almost no dishes, no dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, or other appliances. There's no washing machine either.
