I found the platform confusing, since everything is managed through it. The team patiently and kindly answered my questions, and quickly sorted out a system issue. Nicolás was very helpful. The apartment was fully renovated, with everything brand new and all the advertised amenities. It was spotless, and the photos are very accurate. I had a lovely stay and will probably come back. I'd recommend it to everyone.

We stayed here with our pets for 4 months and will definitely come back when we're in Zurich again. The apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable, and stylishly furnished, with a comfortable bed, couch and chairs, good towels and linens. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a big fridge and Nespresso machine. We had plenty of hot water, great shower pressure, and floor heating. Our apartment had its own washer and dryer, and the basement also had a laundry room with top quality machines, storage space, bike parking, and car parking upon request. There are three good supermarkets 5m from the apartment, a good pizzeria just opposite, and a tram stop for Central Station, the city centre, and other parts of town. It's very close to the airport, with a big park nearby for walking the dog, plus a nice rooftop terrace. Belmont personnel were always kind, attentive, and caring, and promptly handled our extra requests. Thank you Belmont, and especially Nicolas! SUPER SUPER SUPER!

I couldn't sleep for two nights because the room was far too warm for me, and I couldn't control the temperature. The thick blankets didn't help. When I texted about it, they suggested opening the windows, but the hotel is on a very busy road and close to the airport, with planes taking off and landing all the time. Sleep matters a lot to me, so I won't be back. If you want a good night's rest, don't stay here.

The rooms and apartments have very good equipment, high-quality furniture, and good bedding. But the lighting setup lets the place down. There aren't many lamps and they're dim, while the control system is confusing, dysfunctional, and not accessible or inclusive. Not being able to work the light switch in the middle of the night really affected my enjoyment of the stay. The signs and access are a little inconvenient too, probably because renovations are still going on.

A wonderful place for business or leisure. I have just one request: please clean under the sofa as well, and make sure there are at least two boxes, or one full box, of paper tissues. 🙏
