The welcome from Sabrina was so warm, and the food was amazing, especially that cured meat! Breakfast had so many delicious choices that it was hard to pick. This is a beautifully renovated old place overlooking the lake, managed by a lovely, attentive couple and refurbished by a successful Swiss architect. We did notice two small things in our room: the bed was a little noisy, and the mirror in front of the sink made shaving properly awkward. Those details didn't spoil such a beautiful place, with its breathtaking views and wonderful food and hospitality. Mamma Mia, it really deserves its 9.7 rating. I hope to visit again. Sabrina made our stay feel perfect, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The view is stunning, and Casa Rossa at Case di Sotto is full of stylish touches and little details. Such a hidden gem. We'll definitely stay at Case di Sotto again!

We spent a long weekend in Ticino and loved staying at Case Di Sotto House & Breakfast. Sabrina is a lovely host and puts together a wonderful breakfast each morning. The place is in Orselina, looking out over Locarno and Lago Maggiore.

The lake view from our balconies was wonderful, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice too. Such a cozy place, I'd happily stay again. Super!

The owners are very friendly, and the view across the lake and the city of Locarno is beautiful. I'd definitely recommend booking a night here.
