The views from our room were breathtaking, and the buffet had lots of tasty choices. Waking up to that scenery alone is worth it. The chef's food fit the dreamy setting perfectly. This was our second visit, and the service was flawless again. Thanks so much, I always feel at home here.

The hotel is very nice and clean, with an amazing, mind-blowing view. The whole area feels like a fairytale, a wonderful place to visit, and this hotel is definitely where to stay. I can't say enough about manager Miriam's help and dedication. She helped me through a tough vehicle situation and got the Tesla running, helped me choose a room, and helped with dinner. An amazing person and professional.

The ski lift is just 100 meters away, and we didn't feel we were paying too much. We stayed for two weeks, and the room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a spotless, modern bathroom. The kitchen was excellent too. We ate there several times, and every meal was perfect, beautifully presented and made with top-quality products. The staff's relaxed manner and attention to detail made us feel at home. We travel nonstop, and this was the best hotel stay we'd had in a while. Everything about it was superb!

We spent our stay hiking many routes around Parpan, and getting to the bus stop in a one-minute walk made that very convenient. The location is perfect, the food is delicious, and the staff are cheerful and helpful. Good value for the price.
