My girlfriend and I went for dinner, and the meal was terrible. The cordon bleu looked more like a breaded cutlet, and the rest of the food was just as bad. We also felt unwelcome from the sommelier. When he finally came to take our order, he greeted us with “good evening mr & mrs,” which made it seem like a Black woman wasn't welcome or able to afford a meal there.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, so it works for a short stay. Payerne is a small place, so expectations should be kept in check. Still, the dated decor and lack of air conditioning in summer are drawbacks.

Being right beside the train station is a real convenience, and the staff were kind enough to let me check out late. Breakfast was decent, though it's only a cold buffet. The hotel itself is quite old, and I didn't find the bed very comfortable.

A solid option for a business stay, with good food choices in the hotel and nearby. I left my charger in the room, called the manager, and it was delivered the next day at no charge. Thanks!

The breakfast was very limited and missed basic things. The bathroom is overdue for an upgrade, and noise from the busy surroundings comes through because the rooms are poorly insulated.
