Our room was spotless, from the mirrors and shower cabin to the dust-free furniture. At dinner, though, my meal arrived stone cold apart from the fries, which were far too salty, probably from Aromat. It really wasn't good, while the pizza was just okay. The hotel has a lovely view, but some staff don't match the scenery. One older blonde woman in particular is quite unfriendly or seems not to care, and keeps ignoring us. A French-speaking waiter was the exception: he was very friendly and tried to make us feel welcome and accommodate us.

For lunch or dinner, the food is very good for the price, even though the place isn't fancy. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. In summer, it's especially nice to sit outside and enjoy the lake view. I'd recommend a visit.

We were treated horribly. The older waitress was racist and, because we are Arab, she wouldn't serve us or even speak to us, then kicked us out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. If zero stars were possible, I'd choose that.

I just ate there. The food was acceptable, but they don't seem to know how to season fries, which ended up smelling like plain potatoes.

The restaurant has a modern, attractive interior after its recent renovation, plus a pleasant patio overlooking Schwarzsee. The food was really good, and the service was good too.
