The room was spacious and wonderfully clean, with good beds and basic furnishings. We thought the price for the quality was very good, and we'll definitely come back. We arrived at 11:30 am even though check-in wasn't until 3:00 pm. The staff said the room would be ready in 20 minutes. While we waited in the sun outside the hotel, someone surprised us with complimentary cakes, coffee, and tea. Such a nice touch! We'd booked breakfast too, and it was great. For my birthday, the staff had put two glasses of champagne on our table along with a cake and candle. They really care about making guests feel at home. I've never had that happen at a hotel before. Please keep doing it, those little gestures make a real difference.

We arrived too late for check-in, but our check-in package was waiting at reception. The staff were friendly and efficient, and at checkout they offered vouchers for discounts at several shops and a gas station, plus a free cable car ride. The room was spacious and fully equipped, though we found the blanket a little too warm. There’s a lovely mountain view from the balcony. A great place to stay in Samnaun, especially for such a fair price.

The ski piste is right behind the hotel, so you can ski in and out. Each room has its own ski locker, which is a great feature I wish more hotels had. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and can get you anything you need. I skipped breakfast because I thought it was expensive and walked to the shell station each morning instead. The hotel is comfortable and well appointed, and I plan to stay again. 👍👍

We spent several days here in mid September 2021 and had lovely weather, even catching sight of snow. In summer, cable car rides are free when you stay at this hotel. It seems like a great spot for a holiday in either season.

The rooms are clean and practical, with ski lockers available. Breakfast was great, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. They did a lot to help us out.
