The views are lovely, and the setting is great. The course is interesting, but you need to play precisely.

After your round, take a walk to the little beach near Pralet. It’s a quiet spot to swim and enjoy the view.

It’s a really photogenic course, narrow and very technical. You don’t need a driver, and even from the white tees it’s very short.

The room had a nice view, and the food was okay, though the menu is limited. The real problem was the extra bed. I’d told the staff several times beforehand that we were coming with a 13-year-old and would need one. When we arrived, there was nothing set up. The “bed” shown in my photo was just a mattress on the floor. That kind of service is unacceptable for a Swiss hotel. The staff said they wouldn’t charge us for it, but 24 hours earlier they’d also told us we’d have an extra bed. As I write this, I still don’t know whether they’ll end up being rude and asking me to pay. Nice view, okay food, but don’t stop at the hotel. Keep going. The review text ends mid-sentence: “If th”.
