The staff are based in town, but they handled our arrival perfectly. And the cherry on top was the incredible, tasty, generous breakfast at Hotel Albrici in the city center. Perfect hotel, quite an experience!

Bring a heater. It was -10 degrees outside when we stayed last night, and there was no heating overnight. There was no hot water in the morning either.

Hotel Altavilla may have 2 stars, but the service was hard to find even in 3stars hotels. We spent New Year's holiday there, and it was simply excellent. The rooms are spacious and SUPER clean, with comfortable beds and big, new bathrooms. Breakfast was generous, with fresh local products. The gluten free breakfast was just as good and safe, with the regular bread kept aside and away from everything. They also offer extras like snow rockets rental. The staff are kind and always happy to help. There’s no elevator, but they’ll help with the suitcases. A big thank to all the staff for you kindness and help! Agata and Alessandro

If she says to cook your eggs for 5 minutes for a soft boil, trust her.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Altavilla several times for work and have always been very satisfied. The shift to a smart hotel has worked really well, in my opinion. Booking is seamless, and the rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Already looking forward to the next visit!
