There’s lots of room, and the staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. Coffee and tea are available around the clock at a station on every floor. The location is excellent, across from the train station and within walking distance of the historic old city, the lovely restaurants, the beautiful lake, and the wooden bridge. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our two nights here. The hotel was very clean and quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff were really helpful.

The room stayed very quiet despite the nearby trains and cars, and the staff were kind and efficient. The hotel is well placed near the harbour, between the railway station and the castle. Parking in a public underground garage a few hundred metres away isn’t ideal, though it makes sense given how crowded the area is.

The restaurant staff were extremely rude and kept shouting at people. They seemed not to have had hospitality training, and even basic requests, like coffee or hot water, were a problem for them.
