A peaceful place to stay, and the property is quite well maintained. The rooms are a decent size with basic amenities. Breakfast in the morning has a wide variety of options.

The breakfast buffet was good, and so were the breakfast staff. That's the only positive I can offer. We booked because it was described as family friendly and said there was a pool, including access to an indoor pool for families. The listed family pool access didn't exist, and the other pool was for ages 16 and up. We had to beg for the room to be cleaned and for fresh towels and coffee cups. There was a dirty pillow, too. This felt like a 2-star motel, not a 4-star hotel. We won't be back.

The reception team were extremely helpful and cooperative during our pleasant two-day stay. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast as well. It was a great experience, and we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you.

Both rooms, one single and one double, were ready when we arrived and well prepared. They were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with cozy beds and plenty of tea and coffee that housekeeping replenished regularly. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily, and our rooms were spotless. The public areas were well maintained too. The customer service stood out. I contacted the hotel a couple of months before our stay about a late check-in and airport pickup. Each staff member replied within an hour with detailed costs, timing, and meeting-point information. When we arrived, the night staff were courteous and understanding about our travel fatigue, and got us checked in quickly so we could rest. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Zurich Airport. Pickup is available, or you can choose an Uber. There's a kids' playground on site. A shopping centre within walking distance has food and non-food shops, including stores similar to Curry’s Digital, and there are cafes nearby for a snack or coffee. The nearby post office offers currency exchange, which was helpful for international travellers. One note on charges: there's a temporary €54 hold on the credit card deposit, released a few days after checkout, and a €31 city tax due at checkout.
