The waitress was charming and super friendly, and the food was good quality. The lunch menu was delicious too. If you order wine or another drink, tap water is free 😉

The rooms were clean, and parking was easy. We had to leave very early, so we asked if breakfast could be packed for us. They prepared great sandwiches along with apple and orange juice. The staff were very friendly, and the stay exceeded expectations.

The rooms are a little dated, but everything was so clean that I couldn't fault a thing. We got good value, and the friendly woman who greeted us was really helpful. The staff were kind and attentive, which makes such a difference, and the food was fresh and very good. Thanks to the chef! We had everything we needed and more for our three-night stay. I'd recommend the place without hesitation.

We spent three nights here in July, and it was a great base. The location is handy for Niesen, the train station and a supermarket, all within walking distance. Our room was spacious, spotless and nicely presented, and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaner even folded our pyjamas. Staff were lovely and gave us useful directions and tips about the area. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.

The breakfast was delicious, and after a night in such a clean, comfortable room, it was a lovely start to the morning. I wish every hotel were this good.
