The free shuttle to the gondola was a huge help, especially when we were short on time on our last day. Our newly renovated room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with a kitchen and appliances. The staff were outstanding, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. We also really enjoyed the restaurant’s food and drinks. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The food was better at Mac donald. The wait was unbelievable, and I don’t even know what to say about it. Sylvia, the lovely waiter, was rushing around and doing her best. She apologized so many times, and we felt bad for her because she was such a kind person. For goodness’ sake, hire more waiters!

What a view from our porch, straight across a valley dotted with mountain peaks everywhere. The service was wonderful, and the restaurant connected to the hotel served amazing food. Ask the staff what they recommend. I had lamb hock on risotto, one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

The staff made this stay for me. Everyone was welcoming and went out of their way to help with our requests. We also enjoyed the restaurant food and the SPA. I loved this hotel and highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

We weren’t staying at the hotel, but came back for dinner two nights in a row. The Christmas menu had lots of ideas and surprises, and the regular menu was good too. We especially loved the potato soup and lamb haxe. Best food you can find in Riederalp.
