Chalet Diana Lakefront

A really nice apartment with friendly hosts, lovely lake views, and balconies on both sides. It’s above another home or apartment, so there isn’t complete privacy. Quiet hours run from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and the nearest shop is a 1.5km walk away. None of that is a problem, but it’s useful to know what to expect. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants peace and quiet in a lovely little Swiss village and doesn’t need to be centrally located.

This chalet is a quiet haven, just 12 minutes by bus from Interlaken OST. It has all the appliances needed to make a longer stay possible, and the host is very helpful and makes the visit feel special.

We were already impressed by the photos, but after arriving we fell for the location and the apartment itself. The lake and mountain views are excellent, and everything was very clean and well maintained. Diana was an amazing hostess, friendly and caring, and she suggested some great places to visit. It was one of our best stays ever, the kind we’ll talk about for years. We’d definitely stay here again on our next Interlaken visit. 5/5, would absolutely recommend.

We were so happy to find this Airbnb. The warm chalet, lake right outside, and quiet neighborhood gave it such a homey feel, and it was a perfect place to slow down. Everything was very clean, and we had what we needed to cook, just had to get groceries. It’s also near the Rigginberg last bus stop, which makes getting to and from the centre convenient.
