Hotel Seeburg Adults Only

The peaceful atmosphere made it a great place to unwind after exploring the region. From the balcony at Hotel Seeburg in Ringgenberg, the views of Lake Brienz and the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready with recommendations, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a wonderful stay.

The outdoor seating had a lot of spider webs, so if you’re afraid of spiders, keep that in mind. It’s understandable given the lakeside, nature setting. My husband and I spent the second half of our honeymoon here and found it delightful, relaxing, and lovely. The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We were honestly surprised it had only a 3 star rating, since it was just as nice as a 4 star hotel we’d stayed at before. It was also lovely to have peace and quiet outside the main part of Interlaken, while staying easily connected by bus and train. We’d absolutely stay again.

Waking up to the views and ending the day here were both amazing. The location is beautiful, the room spacious, and the service excellent. Breakfast each morning had a really comprehensive selection. We had to leave quite early, and they packed us a wonderful breakfast to take along. After a long day of sightseeing, it was also great to have sandwiches, drinks, and other small dishes available to buy.

A large ship comes right up to the front of the hotel and can take you to the far end of Lake Brienz, free with a Eurail pass. The hotel also gives you a pass for local buses into Interlaken, and there’s a castle turret nearby that you can walk up. The owner was heading into town and gave us a ride to the train. What service! He was super helpful and friendly, and our spacious room had a balcony overlooking the lake. Heaven on earth.
