We spent a lovely time at Casa Eva. The apartment had a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen, so we had everything we needed. The house has a Mediterranean feel, with a garden arranged over several levels, palms, flowers, herbs and green lawns. Our car had a parking spot right there. We didn’t use public transport, though both the bus stop and ferry are about a five-minute walk away. Aldi and Coop are together, roughly a five-minute drive. We went swimming, hiking and paddling around the lake, and would recommend the Verzasca tour and Lido Beach Brissago to families with kids. The host has paid attention to lots of little details.

Getting to the bakery by the stairs was easy, and the morning view over the lake was such a treat. We had a wonderful holiday in the lovely studio, with a very comfortable bed. Cycling around Ronco and the nearby area gave us varied rides, though some stretches were quite challenging. Italy is very close.
