My flight was cancelled, so I needed to stay one night while waiting to fly home. They put me in a room on the G floor close to the lobby, which made it easy to come out for dinner or breakfast and ask reception questions. I'm so grateful to the receptionist for the help. They treated me with kindness and compassion, like a person and not just a guest. I'll always remember that. I'm safely home now, and so thankful to all of you. Thank you so much :))

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location worked well for us: three minutes from the airport bus stop and seven from the train station. Migros, Subway, McDonald's, and BP were nearby. Breakfast was fantastic, and Ram, the restaurant manager, was attentive and gave us excellent information. Many thanks to the hotel, the staff, and especially Ram.

The room was a bit small, but we managed to fit our three kids under six, so it worked perfectly. It was modern, well kept, and super clean, with a big floor-to-ceiling window and a lovely view on a snowy morning. The staff were accommodating, and the whole place felt pleasant and clean. A random detail, but the eggs at breakfast were low-key the best we've ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious. There's also a restaurant open all night, which is great if you arrive late from the airport.

The airport shuttle was convenient and reliable, and breakfast was included with plenty of choices and was well organized. I stayed one night at Holiday Inn Express Zürich Airport by IHG, and the room was spacious, quiet, and very clean, so I was comfortable throughout. A great option if you're arriving at or leaving Zurich Airport. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, though nothing special, and the walk to the subway was reasonable at about 5-10 minutes. The concierge was very helpful with my questions. The hotel also provides a shuttle from the airport.
