Etihad arranged our stay here after my flight was cancelled because of the Iran war. The staff were so nice and helpful, and even gave me two pieces of chocolate at check-in. We had a good dinner and buffet breakfast, and the hotel was nice, clean, and spacious. The only downside was that my window looked straight onto the McDonald's roof 🤣 Apart from that, everything was amazing. I love this hotel and the people who maintain it.

8/10
The hotel was easy to reach, about 5-10 minutes on the shuttle from the airport terminal. It leaves every 30 minutes. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, but warmer than I like. The air conditioning only seemed to make noise, so I turned it off. I would've liked a fridge in the room as well.

There are no nearby services, and the hotel isn't at the airport, it's 20 minutes away by car. There are no early morning shuttles either. When we tried to change hotels, the staff were unhelpful. They quoted a rate at Radisson Blu that was higher than the website and couldn't make a reservation for us. The shuttle is free from the airport, but you have to pay to get back. The next one wasn't running for 40 minutes, so we had to take an Uber. I spoke with the manager Afzaal Sikander, but he kept making excuses and offered no solution. I'll never stay at a Radisson again.

10/10
The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. I checked in late and worked at the desk, which was quite pleasant. The airport shuttle costs 10 Swiss franc and runs every 30 minutes. There's no fridge. I didn't get a chance to visit, but Migros supermarket is just across the street.

The breakfast was disappointing for a four-star hotel. It was a poor buffet, and refilling it felt slow and lazy. I'd recommend the hotel, but not the breakfast. The room was very good, with enough space and a comfy king bed. There was a safe but no fridge. We had a view of the airport apart and the sunrise. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets were close by. The receptionist was friendly, and the restaurant has a direct view of the airport.
