The apartment itself was very good for our stay. On our first day of snowboarding, we wore our boots inside the apartment and then came downstairs in them. The person looking after the building, I guess the housekeeper, shouted at us for wearing them in the corridor, even though we hadn't worn them in the apartment. If you stay here, be aware they're very strict about this. Leave your skis, snowboard, and boots in the room downstairs.

The caretaker was good, but the facilities were only average. A toaster and hairdryer were among the things missing, and the tiled floors felt cold in winter. The place is tucked into a small patch of woods at the far end of the village. It's well situated if you have a car and park at the northern edge of the outdoor lot.

Avoid this place. The owner showed no compassion. We arrived to find the keys hadn't been left out as arranged, then spent an hour waiting in the cold, messaging and calling without getting a reply. I had to involve booking.com. He said there was a welcome note for us and that we weren't entitled to a refund, even though we ended up having to pay for another hotel. People like this make me sick.

This place really sucks, and it isn't cheap. The janitor who checked us in was rude and immediately warned us that a camera was watching, so breaking the house rules would get us punished. Ridiculous. They charge a 70 frank cleaning fee on top of the booking price, yet there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the rules basically require guests to clean up after themselves, including taking out their own trash. On top of that, the neighbors partied all night for two nights in a row.
