There’s plenty of space in the rooms, and the suites also have a living room. The basement ski room was well organized. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were polite. A comfortable hotel in Saas Fee.

The room was an 8/10, though it was huge, almost like two rooms. Breakfast and staff both get 10/10, and the location does too. There’s a wellness area, and I’d give the price 9/10.

The rooms are spacious, but they feel very dated and really need renovating. At dinner there wasn’t much choice of drinks or wine. The restaurant staff could have been more professional: for example, a waitress said the cook couldn’t boil an egg as expected because of the altitude.

It was peaceful and clean, and breakfast had a good variety. The rooms got too hot, though, and the coffee at breakfast had no taste. Unfortunately, there was no city card either.

This is an older-style hotel in Saas Fee, and it’s starting to show its age. Old-fashioned places can still be nice, but it needs some interior maintenance to really qualify as a 4-star hotel again. The management also doesn’t seem to be doing the best job.
