Linda was so kind and helpful, and the hotel is in a great spot at the foot of the mountain, close to Saas Fee. A really friendly place. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The place may not look like much, but we haven't found better value for the service. It's peaceful, with lovely walks for days when you're not skiing, and free buses run often to the slopes. The staff are patient and accommodating, the beds are comfortable, and the basics are there. Our only gripe was no soap dispenser in the shower. We'll happily come back.

The continental breakfast is included and was good. The woman running the place was always smiling, kind, and ready to help. Everything was clean and tidy, and I liked the feel of the light wood and traditional woven decor.

If you're after somewhere simple, this is really good value. The hostess put in extra effort throughout our stay to make it a great experience. Honestly, it's the best service I've had in Switzerland.

I got lucky with room 210, which had an AMAZING view. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and there's a bus stop right across the road from the hotel.
