We had a spacious two-bedroom apartment for four on the third floor and stayed five nights. The living room looked bigger in person than it did in the picture. It was simple but had what we needed, including a balcony with a mountain view. There are six rooms available, and not all have balconies, which I think depends on their size. The postbus stop is less than five minutes away. The place is at the end of a quiet street, near the river and road but not right beside them. You can still hear cars if the window is open, though it wasn’t disturbing.

Getting suitcases up and down the steep stairs was inconvenient, and the lights switched off halfway up because the sensor wasn’t working. The room itself was clean, and while the heating had broken, it didn’t get too cold. There was no kettle or microwave. The owner was nice and spoke several languages, though he wasn’t fluent in English.

The rooms are large and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s a very nice, cozy guesthouse, even if it isn’t the newest.
