We really enjoyed staying here. The facilities were clean and useful details like plenty of hooks in the showers, curtains and clothes racks for drying made a difference. There was lots for the kids to do, and the pool was great. This was the best campsite of our month-long trip around Europe, in a valley with lovely mountain views.

The people at the campsite were lovely, and the restaurant was really good. It's close to a small Coop supermarket and the "Rhone by Bike" route. A perfect campsite, highly recommend it. We'll be back soon.

We stumbled on this campground while walking along the river looking for somewhere to wild camp. It wasn't easy to find a spot, so we came here instead. For 30CHF, the facilities are good value. The pitches are lovely, the bathrooms are quite good, and there's even a trampoline and a really nice shared area with a kitchen and pots for cooking.

The landscape is beautiful, but that first good impression didn't last. A busy road on one side and motorway noise on the other were hard to ignore. People were walking dogs all over the campsite, and the toilets, showers and other sanitary facilities were disgusting, apparently not cleaned for days, even though the site was very busy. When we left, rubbish was cleared quickly and toilet paper was restocked. We raised the management issue and were told we could shower in our camper. Okay. Everything felt overpriced: eggs were 1.00 SFR, a roll 1.60 SFR, and mini golf cost too much. The owner seemed interested only in the expensive restaurant and its Tesla clientele. The campsite is very overrated. We stayed several days during our Swiss trip.

It's a great campsite, with a nice indoor cooking area and a large library of interesting books. The Saillon thermal baths are nearby. The highway noise is the one downside, although it wasn't too bad overnight.
