We ate at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and both meals were superb. The staff were attentive, helpful, and delightful. Peanut Medieval Lodge is in a perfectly placed, absolutely charming town. Our room was beautiful, with an excellent view. We looked at a few rooms before choosing ours, and they all had wonderful views and lovely decor. Hotels can feel sterile, but this one didn't. I'd stay nowhere else if I return!

I loved the medieval feel and themed floors. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was great too. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The staff were really kind, and we enjoyed our medieval-style room during our four nights here in December. I'd given the service four stars at that point. Breakfast was meant to start at 7:30 and run until 10:00, but at 8:10 nobody was there and all the lights were off. Luckily my wife knows the hospitality business. She made us coffee and switched on the lights and music.

The rooms and common areas have a fun theme, and the location is right in the town center. The Italian-inspired food was very high quality. I also appreciated the customer service: one of the women lent me an electric adapter for free, and after I missed a connection and lost one of my three booked nights, the manager charged me only for the two nights I stayed. Five stars for that. The room didn't have a kettle, though, which would be a good addition. Would recommend!

The medieval, spooky theme made the hotel even more charming, and everyone was super nice and helpful. I thought the room was perfect, not too small at all, just average size for two people. What a wonderful, super cute hotel. Thank you!! 😁
