I’d already booked and paid, but after a few needlessly unpleasant exchanges with the owner, I chose not to stay. Madame, you may be feeling pressure to earn as much as possible, but hospitality calls for being kind to people. I won’t come back or recommend this place.

We’ve been here twice now, and I hope we can return soon. We spent six nights over New Year 2020, and the staff looked after us so well and made us feel at home. The food was delicious, and our room was warm and cozy. Skiing is easy and simple, just right for young children, with plenty of other activities too. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

We visited in summer, and the drive up to the top was amazing. The mountain views from the bath and shower are hard to beat, and the beds were super comfortable. Dinner was fantastic, especially the proper mountain stew and perfectly cooked trout with an unbelievable sauce. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. How could we give it anything but 5 stars?

We spent a wonderful night deep in the valley, far from the city. The room was spotless, and we loved its adorable decor. Dinner was delicious, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s also a great spot for looking at the stars.

The one thing I’d change is the bedroom heat, which may have been too high. I’d also prefer solid soap in the bathroom. Still, the huge chalet has a lovely traditional hotel style, and the food is proper cooking. I left wanting to come back. Memorable!
