The host was lovely and friendly, checking in on us each day and always greeting us warmly. The apartment was easy to reach on foot or by bus, and it’s close to the main sights, including the Matterhorn Museum and town center. You’re only a minute’s walk from Kirchbrücke (Golden Matterhorn viewpoint), and Restaurant Schaeferstube, one of Zermatt’s famous restaurants, is another minute away. The location is just right.

Lilian made us feel welcome right away. The apartment was comfortable, with nice furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and an excellent bathroom. Its location worked very well for the town, and we had a view of the mountain.

The Matterhorn was visible from the balcony. The location was convenient, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed.

Even though I arrived a little after 1 a.m., the owner called and guided me to my room, so I got there safely. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. The location is great, just seconds from the famous Japanese Bridge with its Matterhorn view, and within walking distance of the station. I couldn’t have asked for a better place.
