A lovely spot for a meal and some time to unwind.

Samedan is a quiet town, and this was a nice place to stay for a night. The rooms were clean and had a kitchen, fridge, and utensils, so they seemed set up well for families with kids. There's also an unusual upper deck, though watch your head because the clearance is low. Breakfast is served downstairs, with pastries, cold cuts, and cheeses, and the staff were friendly and helpful. COOP and Avac are within walking distance. A good fit if you like peaceful towns and churches.

Lunch was delicious. That's all I came for!

This is just about the Nusstorte. Avoid it, it feels like a tourist trap. The versions we tried at places like Coop and Migros had more filling and tasted better.
