The service from the housekeeper Sylvia was a real highlight. She was friendly and ready to help whenever we needed anything, and it was lovely to meet her. The apartment was well equipped to a high standard, with a comfortable bedroom, cozy feel, and carefully planned lighting. We also enjoyed the quiet private wellness area with a steam bath, sauna, and swimming pool. The building’s modern architecture is lovely, and the place is peaceful without the crowds and long queues you get in noisy, busy Ischgl. The famous double decker cable car to Silvretta Arena is just a few steps away. From the door, you can reach slopes at 2.600m in about 20mins, which is hard to do from the Austrian side of the ski area. We’re already looking forward to coming back next season. I haven’t added photos because the owner’s pictures accurately show the actual condition of the house and apartments.

The large terrace and stunning views were wonderful. It’s a beautiful two-story apartment, right opposite the ski lift.

The apartments work for couples or small groups, depending on which one you choose. They’re stylishly furnished, combining modern design with rustic charm, and have everything you need. After skiing, hiking, or cross-country skiing, the wellness area is fantastic, with a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and stylish pool. There’s also a well-equipped fitness studio in the building, and massages can be arranged on request. Parking is covered right at the building, and the gondola to the Ischgl-Samnaun ski area is only a few steps away. The hosts were friendly and very attentive. For what you get, the price is more than fair. We’ll definitely be back.

The people were so welcoming and lovely. We also really liked the sauna area, and the apartment was great.
