The food was excellent, and the five-course dinner included with half-board was so tasty that I'd recommend booking it. Skiing is easy here: the gondola is within walking distance, the slope ends right behind the hotel, and there's a well-equipped ski storage room. The rooms are comfortable and tidy, and the place has a cozy, intimate feel with personal service.

The main waiter, who I think is also the owner, offered us some choices that weren't on the menu. We had a really nice dinner at Hotel Astoria, with superb food and a calm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The location is ideal, close to the lift, and the people were always lovely and ready to help. We had great food, and our room was beautiful, cozy and quiet, with a modern bathroom. It's a wonderful place in winter or summer. We'll definitely come back.
