We didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms, but we had a fantastic dinner here. The food was top-notch, the service absolutely fantastic, and the decor and atmosphere were beautiful. Definitely worth a visit.

The hotel is beautiful, with a great view and an excellent spot next to the market. My room, number 407, was very clean and nice, though I couldn’t get a balcony room because the hotel was full. The service was excellent. I only wish there were dishes without pork. I would have liked to try the deer meat, but it was wrapped in pork, which we don’t eat. Mr. Marian was especially helpful and welcoming, with a lovely smile. He helped us choose dinner since we don’t eat pork, and suggested options. When we were late, he also helped get our breakfast to the room. He clearly enjoys assisting hotel guests and visitors from outside. I appreciated his professional service. Thank you.

The crew were all so friendly and nice, from the handsome, shy young men to the sophisticated gentleman from the kitchen. The room was clean, cozy, and bright, and the spa area was especially nice after a full day on the slopes. Excellent service! I strongly recommend it to my friends. I’d love to come back in another season, maybe for the spring show or concert in the mountains.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and there’s free parking behind the hotel. We stayed in the satellite building above the duty free shops. The rooms there were very clean and well maintained, fairly spacious including the bathrooms, with soft, comfortable beds. Each room also has a small table and chairs or a sofa for sitting together, plus a mini fridge for anything cold you’ve bought. The building has no elevator, though, and reaching a top-floor room means climbing two flights of stairs. That could be difficult with heavy suitcases. The hotel has typical Swiss alpine architecture inside and out. It isn’t new boutique-style design, but the rooms have an authentic, rustic Swiss look with wood accents, and feel warm, cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. A very nice hotel overall, with just a few minor quibbles.
