GM Alexandra is pleasant and very helpful. She treats guests like they're part of her family. The location is great, with a great view.

It looks right out over the lake.

The service was terrible, the staff were unfriendly, and the cleaning was only mediocre. It felt like a typical seminar hotel, with guests constantly coming and going. Personally, staying here would be a nightmare for me.

In summer, the location by the lake is very convenient. The restaurant is accommodating when children make requests.
