Everything was ready and in good shape when we arrived, and we could park right in front of the house. The mountain view was nice, though not completely clear. I'd definitely recommend it.

The heating was poor, which would be a real problem in winter, and the conditions felt very unhygienic. We found lots of cockroaches, and the rooms were untidy and unclean. Only one burner on the electric stove worked. They show the superior apartment but then give clients an inferior one, so don't book based on that. The photos don't match either. If you're after a peaceful holiday, avoid this place.

I've booked with her around 11 times, and I keep looking forward to coming back. The place is so beautiful that everything around you is a delight. It's preferred by everyone, and the cleanliness is beyond what you'd expect. Karenin treated us well. I always recommend booking with them to my friends.

There were thoughtful extras in the cupboards and fridge, including basic cooking supplies, milk, juice, butter, jam and water. The apartment was spacious and spotless, with fabulous views, and had everything we needed to make a meal.

Loved staying here. The apartment had all the facilities and was really good. The owner was so helpful, and she'd left lots of things in the kitchen for us to cook with. That made things much easier. Aaawwwwesome!!!
