We only got to stay one night and wished it could have been longer. Really nice hotel, with a beautiful, very clean room and amazing, friendly staff.

4/10
We were visiting Lucerne for one night, two adults with our two young children. The hotel looked promising at first, but the room quickly became too hot because there was no air conditioning and the ventilation was very poor. Even the bathroom had no basic exhaust fan, and the only fan provided was dusty. In early summer, sunrise filled the room with light because the skylight had no curtain or blackout option. That made the stay much less comfortable than we expected.

Lovely staff, reasonable prices and an amazing hotel lobby. The location is great, and it felt like a perfect place to stay in Switzerland. Highly recommend.

The restaurant team were attentive and very helpful. The hotel was clean throughout, and our balcony room had a fantastic view. We had a lovely short stay, and the staff were brilliant.
