The location worked perfectly for getting around, with transport, food, shops, and mountain access all nearby. I really enjoyed staying at Ambassador Zermatt. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and every staff member we met was professional and friendly. If you enjoy swimming, the indoor pool is a real plus. I’d recommend considering this hotel for a trip to Zermatt.

After staying in thousands of hotels around the world across every star category, I can say this is among the most perfect places I’ve stayed. The rooms, hosts, service, location, and views were all great. Definitely worth trying.

My dinner at Carbon was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good too. The hotel is right by the train station, which is very convenient. My room was spacious and clean, with two lovely views, and everyone on staff I spoke with was very friendly.

The staff were fantastic, and everything from the facilities to the rooms was very clean and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and the restaurant and service were both very good. The location is super convenient. The rooms are small, though, and there’s no nice balcony to sit on. The price feels quite high for what you get, but after two nights I think it was still worth it. I also liked that they use environmentally friendly soap in the rooms.

Breakfast was included and delicious, with lots of choice. The bread and coffee stood out most for me. We had a spacious, very comfortable suite, probably more room than we needed, and could even see the Matterhorn. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. It’s only a short walk to the train station, the town’s Main Street, and the bus stop for the ski area. We had a delightful stay at the Ambassador from 3/3-3/7, and I’d definitely consider returning.
