The restaurant had spectacular food and a cozy feel, and breakfast was served in a quaint old shared room full of warmth. Pascal was a gracious host, with friendly, welcoming staff. His family has owned the property for generations, and he’s brought modern comforts into its old-world charm. Our room had breathtaking views and a large sauna/bath. It’s a lovely inn off the beaten path, well worth it. God willing, we’ll be back soon.

You can hear water dripping from the cave, which made the hotel feel especially relaxing. It’s a cozy, natural place, with clean rooms, good food, smiling service, and very friendly staff. A romantic hidden gem. I couldn’t ask for more.

Book room 12 if you can. The view from the bed was easily the best I’ve ever had, lol. The location is stunning, the food was fantastic, and the people were lovely. Hospitality was great. Getting up there is a little tight and twisty with two on a motorbike, but not too difficult. No problem by car. Possibly the best place I stayed on a trip through five countries. Big 👍

The house has a lot of history, and the staff are friendly. We booked at the last minute after a spot opened up in our holiday plans, and honestly, we got lucky. Our room looked out over the mountains, right there as you lie in bed, so waking up to that view was bliss. It was sunny the whole time, which made the stay even better. Romantic, family and pet friendly, what more could you ask for?

The food at the restaurant was wonderful. The Citrus Risotto was one of my favorite dishes we had in Europe. The views were stunning and the service was great. Don’t miss a dip in the Barn Jacuzzi under the stars, with the local villages lit up.
