I’ve been to Hotel zum Hirschen several times and really love the place. The location is cool, the staff are nice and polite, and the restaurant food is at a high level. I highly recommend it.

Sasi, the general manager and host, makes sure you feel at home and have the comforts you need. The food is excellent and the service is first class. Every stay at the Hirschen has been excellent for me, and I’d recommend it for a short or long visit.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was great without costing much. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We stayed in the cute village of schindellegi, but on a hot day we needed the windows open, and the nearby church bells were quite loud.

I felt right at home in the studio apartment for my stay. It’s a great space, furnished with a lovely blend of traditional and modern pieces. The hosts were kind and generous, and paid close attention to detail. I’d recommend it if work or a holiday takes you to Schindellegi. Thank you.
