The staff were really nice, and my room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and bright. It’s near the centre of Luzern, though uphill, and there’s a bus that could make getting to the hotel easier.

My dream trip to Switzerland turned into a nightmare because of this hotel. I had a credit card problem at reception and ended up not staying there, but they still charged me 99 CHF. Worst service I’ve ever seen. DON’T GO TO THIS HOTEL!

Just what I needed for one night. The rooms are basic, but clean and sufficient. It’s very central, about a 20-minute walk from the main station.

A quiet place with a small park, and not as expensive as other places in the city.

Very good, provided you’re okay with sharing a toilet.
