Hotel Conrad

A cozy hotel in Scuol with a recent renovation and fantastic service. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and dinner had plenty of variety. You can easily walk to the gondola, thermal spas, and restaurants.

We stayed at Hotel Conrad in Scuol with friends for a weekend. The hotel is simple, but very welcoming, and the service was excellent. Staff took great care to protect themselves and guests from COVID19, with plenty of hand disinfectant, masks, and breakfast served at the table instead of as a buffet. We had à la carte dinner on Saturday, and both the food and wine were delicious. Thank you!

The hotel is right in the heart of Scuol’s old town, and there’s a bus stop around the corner. They provide a free travelcard, so you don’t need a ticket. If the bus stops in the early evening, though, people with mobility issues may find the uphill walk difficult. Breakfast was good, but I would’ve liked eggs. Our room was spacious, modern, and recently renovated, while still being in a traditional engadiner house. The bathroom was great, the mattress was very good quality, and there were tons of pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, a great little hotel.

The staff made the biggest impression on us. Everyone was approachable, kind, and helpful, especially the woman who served us breakfast. We had such a lovely experience!
