Everything was fantastic, from the friendly staff to the food. Staying at La Posta was a great experience!

The park is especially excellent, and it’s a great place. Breakfast could be better, though.

We were welcomed so warmly, and the quiet here is wonderful. It’s a charming, rustic place. There was a good range at breakfast, though the pool wasn’t open during our stay. We’ll definitely return, and I recommend it! 😁

We ended up spending over an hour in a dispute about our booking, which made the reception experience chaotic and very unpleasant. We had reserved two double rooms through Booking.com, but the hotel had put us down for two single rooms. The manager spoke to us in an extremely condescending way, demanded CHF 260 per room instead of the CHF 170 double room rate, and we felt he was trying to scam us. Since we had already paid CHF 260 through Booking.com for both double rooms, leaving was difficult. It felt like being held hostage. After lengthy negotiations with Booking.com, he eventually said he was giving us a discount and lowered the price to CHF 200 per room. The standard rooms were nowhere near worth CHF 200 a night. They smelled musty, had no refrigerator, safe, or bathroom toiletries, and the TV was about the size of a small computer monitor. The bathroom was very basic and dated, like a communal prison shower, and the window looked onto an uninviting alley. Photos are available if needed. Breakfast was appalling, with very little food, and the dining room badly needs renovation. The manager was completely unprofessional. When we left, he hurried away from reception instead of collecting our keys and saying goodbye. His behavior was inexcusable. We strongly advise against staying here.
