The room was neat and everything worked as it should. Check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful and respectful. I only stayed one night, but it was a great experience and I’d gladly come back.

I especially loved the breakfast after a good night's sleep in room 51. There was plenty to choose from, including local cheeses and cold cuts, fresh pastries, and eggs benedict, which were my favorite. The SPA was another highlight, with a clean, peaceful feel, a sauna, pool, relaxation areas, and lovely mountain views. The treatments and facilities were excellent, and it was a real chance to unwind. From arrival, the service at Hotel Casino in Sierre was warm and attentive. My room was beautifully furnished, and the comfort and luxury were well beyond what I expected. I can hardly think of anything that needs improving. Hotel Casino in Sierre has hospitality down to a fine art, and I’d be happy to stay again, whether to relax or explore the region.

For a three-star hotel, it feels very expensive. The room was okay, but there was no air conditioning, and when I asked for a fan, none was available. With it 34C outside, that really isn't good enough. The manager was generally friendly and helpful, but still, no fan!

The location couldn't be better, right in the city center and just 20 meters from the cable car to the ski slopes. The staff were very friendly, and for what I paid, the room was better than I expected.
